If you’re raising an adopted child — under eighteen, anywhere in California — whose q behavioral or mental-health challenges could trigger a higher-level placement or even dissolution, you may qualify for wraparound care.

What if we are already receiving wraparound services elsewhere?

California’s SB 163 puts choice the of adoptive families. You’re never locked into a single wraparound provider — you can switch at any time to the wraparound program that best serves your child and family. Your care, your call, always.

Are wraparound services free? Are there any additional fees?

Regenerative Ranch Foundation is an approved California wraparound provider. When your family qualifies for wraparound services, the state covers the full cost — ensuring care, not cost, guides every decision.

Do you offer wraparound services outside of Humboldt County?

The Regenerative Ranch Foundation office is located in Fortuna, California, but we extend services to eligible youth throughout the entire state.
